Binjamin (Ben) is an experienced business and technology leader who has spent more than two decades helping organizations to turn business challenges into impactful success stories.  His career combines management consulting, AI and technology, venture building, and operational leadership, giving him deep experience across the full spectrum of strategy, innovation, implementation, commercialization, and value realization. 

Prior to NUS ISS, Ben was Senior Vice President at TDCX, where he focused on scaling applied AI value realization services for customer experience both internally and with clients globally.  Earlier, Ben was an entrepreneur with his Venture Capital work with Futurelabs Ventures where he continued his passion for technology, innovation and venturing building from consulting.  Prior to that in Asia, Ben was part of the leadership team that scaled McKinsey Solutions in Asia Pacific where he built new asset-based consulting services and capabilities across Asia.

Ben has practical industry experience in a variety of industry sectors and deep domain expertise in AI & digital transformation, marketing & sales, innovation, data & analytics, and enterprise scaling.
